1. No Refunds After Video Delivery
Once your HD invitation video has been successfully rendered and delivered, refunds are generally not available, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all invitation details before making payment, including names, spellings, event dates, photographs, and other personalized information.
Please ensure that all details are correct before confirming your order.
2. Revision Policy
If you require changes to your purchased invitation video, revision services are available for an additional fee.
- Revision Fee: ₹120 per export.
- Required Information: Include your order details and a clear description of the changes you need.
Each additional export is charged separately. Customers are encouraged to verify all details before purchasing to avoid unnecessary revision costs.
3. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us with the relevant payment or transaction details so that we can verify the duplicate transaction.
Once the duplicate payment has been confirmed:
- A partial refund will be provided.
- A deduction of ₹120 will apply toward the video rendering cost.
- The refund will be processed within 7 days after confirmation.
The applicable deduction and refund amount will be determined based on the verified transaction and circumstances, subject to applicable law.
4. Failed Video Rendering
If your invitation video fails to render due to a technical or system issue on our side, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and complete your order.
Our standard resolution process is as follows:
- We will attempt to render the video manually and deliver it to you.
- Once the video is successfully delivered, revision requests may be submitted at ₹120 per export.
- A full refund is generally not provided where we can successfully complete and deliver the purchased video, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact our support team so that we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
5. Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order at any time before payment is completed.
Once payment has been successfully processed, order cancellations are generally not accepted because the video rendering and digital fulfillment process may begin immediately.
If you experience a payment error or believe that an order was processed incorrectly, please contact us for assistance. Any applicable remedy will be handled in accordance with the circumstances and relevant laws.
6. Incorrect Details Provided by Customers
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information entered during invitation customization is accurate and complete.
Online Invite Maker is not responsible for errors in customer-provided or customer-approved details, including:
- Incorrect names or spellings.
- Wrong event dates or times.
- Incorrect venue information.
- Incorrect or unsuitable photographs.
- Other errors in personalized text or content.
If changes are required after the video has been generated, revision services are available for ₹120 per export.
